Who we are

Now in its sixth year, the International Composites Summit brings together 250+ industry leaders, investors and innovators across two impactful days of networking, learning and discovery.

ICS is the UK's premier free-to-attend event dedicated to the global composites industry. We bring senior decision-makers from aerospace, automotive, defence, energy, motorsport, marine and construction together at The Drum, Wembley.

How much does it cost to attend?

ICS is free to attend for qualified industry professionals. Register on our website and we will confirm your delegate place by email.

What are the dates and times?

ICS 2026 runs across two days: 2nd and 3rd December 2026. Doors open at 9:00 each day. Full programme details closer to the event.

How do I register?

Use the Register page on this site. You will receive a confirmation email and a delegate badge to print or show on your phone at check-in.

How do I get to ICS?

Wembley Park (Jubilee/Metropolitan) and Wembley Stadium (Chiltern) tube stations are both 5 minutes' walk. Buses 83, 92, 182, 206, 483 stop nearby. 45 minutes by car from Heathrow.

Can I bring my children to ICS?

ICS is a professional industry event. Children are not permitted.

Are there any accessibility features available?

Yes. The Drum at Wembley is fully accessible. Contact us if you have specific requirements.

What type of exhibits can I expect to see?

ICS showcases exhibitors from across the composite materials supply chain, including manufacturers, suppliers, and technology innovators.

Do you share your visitor lists?

No. ICS does not sell or share visitor data. Please report any messages offering to sell lists as fraudulent.

Is food and beverage available for purchase?

Yes. There is on-site catering, and numerous restaurants are within walking distance, including at Wembley Park.

Can I print my badge in advance?

Yes, your badge will be emailed to you for printing before the event.

What are the dates and times of the exhibition?

ICS 2025 takes place on 1–2 December 2026. The show will be open between the hours of 9 5pm on day 1 and 9 and 4pm on day 2.

Composites suppliers, materials innovators, advanced manufacturing, automation, sustainability, testing equipment, and engineering services across aerospace, automotive, defence, energy, motorsport, marine and construction.

What networking opportunities are there?

Two days of curated networking: dedicated zones on the show floor, a structured Conference Forum, the evening Networking Event, and our Investor Lounge.

Can children attend?

ICS is a B2B event and does not admit children. Please plan childcare separately.

Is there a cloakroom at ICS?

Yes, cloakroom facilities will be available at the venue.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket or will a digital ticket work?

Either is accepted. A printed badge is preferred for ease of access.

Can I park at The Drum?

There are over 3,000 parking spaces within a 10 minute walk of the Drum.

Will there be opportunities to network with other attendees?

Yes. Networking happens on the show floor, in structured sessions, and at the evening Networking Party.

Is there a schedule of events or talks?

Yes. The full conference programme will be announced soon.

What is the ticket price?

ICS is free to attend for those who register online in advance. Late registration may incur an administrative fee.

How do I become an exhibitor?

What does it cost to exhibit?

Stand options start at £1,900 for a standard pod. £2,150 for a pod with TV. Custom packages available for sponsorships and innovation hubs.

What is included in the stand fee?

Branded fascia, table and stool, power, lighting, WiFi, networking-zone position, and exhibitor passes.

Is there an exhibitor manual?

Yes. This will be distributed to confirmed exhibitors ahead of the event.

I need to order something for my stand. How do I do this?

The exhibitor manual will include order forms and supplier contacts.

What are the shipping and logistics arrangements?

This will be included in the exhibitor manual, available closer to the event.

What is the deadline to apply for a stand?
